Real time PCR analysis shows expression of mRNA for the particular genes as calculated by relative index of Ct values normalized to GAPDH by real time PCR. PCR was carried out using the comparative Ct method (Applied Biosystems software) with SYBR Green PCRcore reagents (Applied Biosystems) and anlysed using Applied Biosystems 7900HT Real-Time PCR System software SDS 2.2.1. All primers used were specific to mouse. The graphs in * denotes p value <0.01 compared to bleo-treated untransplanted group. Mean denotes the avergae of 2 independent experiments (n=4/group). Underlined numbers denote mRNA expression in relative units normalized to mouse GAPDH that have p value<0.05 compared to wildtype post-OVA. Abbreviations used are: cWT= saline treated wildtype, WTO=wildtype post-OVA treatment, CKO=saline treated gp91phox knockout, KOO= OVA treated gp91phox knockout, CKO=OVA treated control.
