Table 1.

Biodistribution of [18F]9a in BALB/c mice with subcutaneous DBT tumors. Mice were anesthetized with 1% isoflurane/oxygen and 20–30 μCi (0.74 – 1.1 MBq) of [18F]9a was administered via tail vein injection. The animals were euthanized in groups of 4 animals at 5, 30 and 60 minutes post injection.
