Serum starved LR-MSCs were pretreated with specific cPKC inhibitor (GÖ6976) for 30 min before treatment with 10μM LPA. The effect of cPKC inhibitor on GSK3β phosphorylation (A) and nuclear β-catenin expression (B) was studied by western blot analysis. Cell migration (C) was assayed in the presence of cPKC inhibitor.
