Figure 5. — Cross-presentation by tonsil DC is proteasome-dependent but remains unaffected by TLR-ligand activation. Purified DC subsets were incubated with different concentrations of MelanA long or short peptide in the presence or absence of lactacystin (Lacta) (A and B) or R848 (C).
