The release of fluorescein from the surface of morphologically different CAP particles (A, B, C, D) in 20 mM Tris/HCl (pH 7.4) under the conditions that involved changing only a portion of the release solution throughout the release time (a) and daily replacements of the given solution (b). The profiles were normalized to the overall amount of the drug released in the given time by the particles.
