(A) Lysates from early-passage (passage 2 [P2]) and late-passage (P10) MEFs were analyzed for expression of the indicated proteins by immunoblotting. Lamin A/C was used as a loading control. (B) Wild-type MEFs infected with control (sh-SCR) or sh-HuR retroviruses were cultured by the NIH 3T3 protocol.
