IgG antibody responses to PvMSP1-19, PvDBPII, and eight fragments of PvMSP1P using protein microarrays. Immunoreactivity against each antigen with the sera of malaria patients (patients) and healthy individual samples (healthy) from ROK was determined. There were high specificity and significant differences in the total IgG prevalence for the eight PvMSP1P fragments between vivax patients and healthy individuals (P < 0.05).
