Allergen-specific antibody responses of WT and TRPM2-/- mice are similar. Serum OVA-specific IgE antibodies in WT and TRPM2-/- mice following saline or OVA treatment and measured by endpoint ELISA. OVA-IgE antibodies were significantly increased in both OVA-treated WT and TRPM2-/- mice, but no significant difference was seen between WT and TRPM2-/- mice.
