FLT3L-derived DCs were sorted into cDC and pDC subpopulation. They were individually pre-treated with DEX (10⁻⁶ M) for 30 min, infected with NDV for 24 hours, and IL-10 mRNA expression (A) and IL-10 protein expression (B) were measured.
