The growth inhibitory effect of Huaier was measured using the SRB assay. SKOV3 (A)SKOV3.ip1 (B) and Hey (C) cells were treated with Huaier for 24, 48, 72 and 96 h. The experiments were performed in triplicate, and the data are presented as the means±SD of three separate experiments.
