SKOV3 cells (4 × 106) were injected subcutaneously into female nude mice. The tumor sizes in the control and Huaier-, DDP- and Huaier + DDP-treated groups (6 mice in each group) were measured twice a week for up for 42 days after the tumor cell injection.
