Effects of midazolam on phorbol-12- myristate-13-acetate (PMA)-induced degradation of IκB-α in chondrosarcoma SW1353 cell lines. Cell lysates were obtained and analyzed for IκB-α protein degradation by Western blotting. SW1353 cells (2 × 10⁶ cells/ml in 6-well plates) were treated with various concentrations of midazolam (5 μM, 10 μM, and 20 μM) or vehicle (DMSO) for 15 min before treatment with PMA (10 ng/ml) for 24 h. α-Tubulin is used as an internal control
