Antibodies to SV40 T-ag were detected using an indirect immunofluorescence assay (Vilchez et al., 2004).

Sera were collected when tumor-bearing animals were sacrificed or when experiment was terminated 8 months after inoculation. Sera were not available from animals that died without necropsy.
