Cytotoxicity effect of 6-gingerol and its metabolites on human cancer cells. Human colon cancer cells HCT-116 (A) and non-small cell lung carcinoma cell line H1299 (B) were treated with different concentration of 6-gingerol and its metabolites (M1 and M2) (0, 25, 50, 100, 150, and 200 μM) for 24 h.
