The plot below demonstrates a loss of heterozygosity in this region shown by the loss of heterozygous SNPs with a B allele frequency of ∼0.5, with only homozygous SNPs remaining. This event is copy-neutral because there is no change in the Log R ratio seen in the corresponding plot.
