Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients (r) were calculated for the 200 most correlated genes (circles) using the Co-Expression tool of Genevestigator (n = 3 microarray data sets). The co-expression networks constructed for the novel mRGs (gene symbols in black) and the uRG Oaz1 (green) contained no case of coexpressed genes among the five genes analysed.
