Micrographs from serial sections of the graft from the mice transplanted with differentiated rMAPC (A) and rHypoSC (B) were double stained for the analysis of colocalization for the pancreatic proteins Nkx6.1 and Pdx1, C-peptide and Pdx1, C-peptide and Insulin. All C-peptide positive were also insulin positive. Grafts were also analysed for the expression of other islet hormones, glucagon and somatostatin. Scale bar, 50 µm.
