The activation V_1/2 of L955A mutant channel (−19.1 ± 2.2 mV, n = 7) was comparable with that of WT channel (−23.8 ± 1.4 mV, n = 7, p > 0.05) but very much different from Del-L955/S961F/F960A or all the other mutant channels introduced in this study (p < 0.01).
