(A) U2OS cells were transfected with control, Mdm2, or MSK2 siRNAs; 72 hours later, crosslinked DNA-protein complexes were subjected to chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) with p53 antibodies. (B) U2OS cells were UVC irradiated or treated with cisplatin (CIS) or nutlin (NUT) for 8 hours and subjected to ChIP analysis for p53.
