A) Naïve BALB/c-PKO mice (15 /group) were immunized with either att LM-NP₁₁₈ (~10⁶ cfu) or DC-coated with NP₁₁₈ peptide or PBS (non-immunized group). On day 102 p.i. all groups of mice were infected with LCMV-Arm (~5×10⁵ pfu/mouse; i.p.).
