Time evolution of (a)Θ k, (b)Φ⃑ k; k={100,010,001} and (c) R⃑S;S=1, 60 are plotted showing that the rate of change of the basis-functions is less than that of the OPs which, in turn, are slower than the subsystem CMs. (d) The decrease in protein-RNA aggregate radius is consistent with the decrease of the extension-compression OPs. Characteristic times associated with these three variables are much greater than those of the atomistic fluctuations (tens of ps versus fs).
