Cadaveric human eyes were vitrectomized and exposed to 0.05 mg/ml MetB or AcV for 3 minutes. MetB provided a very good bluish staining of the ILM (A). AcV, on the other hand, provided a violet/pink staining, with a good visualization of the ILM (B).
