BMP2 inhibits TGF-β-induced ECM expression and secretion by hPSCs. hPSCs were pretreated with BMP2 (250 ng/ml) for 30 min followed by TGF-β (1 ng/ml) for 48 h, and then both medium and whole cell lysates were harvested.
