There were no age and/or alcohol effect on total RagA or RagC (n = 8 or 9 rats per group). Bottom: raptor was immunoprecipitated and RagA and raptor immunoblotted. Alcohol consumption, regardless of age, reduced binding of RagA to raptor (n = 4 per group).
