Serotype distribution within day-care rooms. In each room, serotypes are ranked from the most common to the least common one. There are 3 rooms (P1, P2, P3) in the Portuguese and seven rooms (F1,…,F7) in the Finnish datasets, respectively. The actual identity of each of the serotypes per room can be retrieved from Table 1.
