B, Nuclear fluorescence of the mCherryNLSmCherry marker stably expressed in a HeLa cell line in relationship to nuclei stained with Hoechst 33342. The locations of a YFP-tagged Androgen Receptor (AR) co-expressed in this cell line also are shown.
