(A) Al was monitored by morin fluorescence using confocal laser scanning microscopy. Fluorescence intensity of image analysis was calculated using Image J software. (B) Seedlings were subjected to 0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 µM AlCl₃, respectively, in 0.5 mM CaCl₂ solution at pH 4.3 for 24 h, and then root tips (0–10 mm) were stained with morin.
