Transcriptional regulation by MYC2 transcription factor. Rosette leaves (n=3) were collected from WOS-induced (1 h) EV and MYC2-VIGS N. attenuata plants for microarray analysis. After pre-processing the raw data, genes whose expression changed significantly among the genotypes were identified using Significance Analysis of Microarrays (SAM) package and functional annotation was performed on Blast2Go.
