JIP3 enhances axon elongation in primary hippocampal neurons. A, PC12 cells were transiently transfected with scramble, JIP3-EGFP, siJIP3, or siJIP3 + rJIP3-EGFP construct. At 72 h after transfection, cells were lysed and immunoblotted with anti-JIP3 and anti-α-tubulin antibodies.
