Confluent 3T3 were serum-starved over night then treated with 50 ng/ml of rPMT for 24 hours in the presence or absence or 50 nM of rapamycin (A) or treated with 20 ng/ml of TGFβ for 4 hours in the presence or absence of 50 nM rapamycin or 100 nM Torin1 (B).
