Fluorescent labeling of images to indicate the fronts of new bone formation within 11 days.

Notes: In vivo staining was carried out by fluorochrome markers Calcein and Tetracycline at 14 and 3 days, respectively, before the animals were sacrificed. The speed of new bone formation was calculated by the length between two labels/days (μm/day).
