Notes: A-431 cells were treated with FBN at the indicated concentrations for 24 hours followed by cytoplasmic and nuclear protein extraction. Proteins were detected by immunoblotting with specific antibodies. Results are representative of two independent experiments. The densitometry of the bands was within 15% of each other.
