(A) SF188 and RES186 cells were cultured in the presence of z-VAD-FMK (50 µM) for 1 hour prior to the addition of 2DG (10 mM) and ABT-263 (25 µM). Cells were treated for 24 hours and membrane integrity assessed following staining with propidium iodide (mean ± SEM; n = 3 experiments, repeated in triplicate).
