FVIII inhibitor titers were reported in Bethesda Unit. There was no statistically significant difference among groups for either incidence or titer of inhibitors. HA control = Hemophilia A mice that received retroorbital FVIII 150 U kg−1weekly × 3 without inducing hemarthrosis (n=9). The nonparametric Mann-Whitney test was used to assess significance between groups.
