JZL184 significantly reduced gastric hemorrhages induced by diclofenac sodium (100 mg/kg p.o.) in fasted mice. Repeated low-dose JZL184 treatment significantly reduced NSAID-induced gastric hemorrhages, but this gastroprotective effect underwent tolerance with high-dose JZL184.
