THC-sensitive effects are maintained after repeated low-dose JZL184 administration, but cross-tolerance to THC develops after repeated high-dose JZL184 administration. Mice were administered daily injections of JZL184 (4 or 40 mg/kg i.p.) or vehicle for 5 days.
