The recombinant human and murine AhR and KLF6 full-length and deletion constructs described in Fig. 4 were treated with vehicle (-) or 20 nM TCDD (+) for 20 minutes at 37°C and used in EMSA with 32P-radiolabeled NC-XRE (A–C) and XRE (A) probes.
