Validation of ELISA: parallelism between the calibrator and the samples. (A) Comparison of the calibrator curve with serially diluted serum and plasma samples. The CL-11 concentration in serum and plasma was adjusted to best fit with OD values of the calibrator. The samples were tested in duplicates and the analysis is representative of comparison with samples from two donors. (B) Regression analysis on logistically transformed OD values (R2 > 0.95 for all curves) was performed and used for comparisons of the slopes (see Materials and methods). The logistically transformed OD values are presented in arbitrary units (AU).
