Expression of SENP3 in OSCC cell lines. H2O2 induced a rapid stabilization of SENP3 protein. (A) SENP3 mRNA levels in the human immortalised oral epithelial cells and OSCC cell lines were evaluated by RT-PCR. GAPDH was used as the internal control.
