Survival curves of the vaccinated BALB/c following Toxoplasma gondii challenge infections. 10 mice per group were challenged with 1 × 104 tachyzoites of the virulent T. gondii RH strain on the 4th week after the final immunization. Survival was monitored daily for 18 days post-challenge with the parasites.
