Expression of four genes was increased (Cyp11a1, Rps9, Sv2b, and Egln2), and Expression of 7 genes was decreased (Vdac3, Svs5, Degs1, Insl3, Tmem97, HLA-DRB1, and HLA-DR) in the old rat+KRG group. (B) The network with a score of 2 has 1 focus molecule, which has functions in cellular assembly and organization, cellular function and maintenance, and dermatological diseases. Gene expression was increased (FUNDC2) in the old rat+KRG group.
