Washed platelets (10⁸/mL) were pre-incubated for 3 min at 37℃ in the presence of 2 mM CaCl₂ with or without TSKRG, and then thrombin (0.5 U/mL) was added. The reactions were terminated by adding ice-cold 5 mM EDTA and 0.2 mM indomethacin. The amounts of TXB₂ were determined using a TXB₂ enzyme immunoassay kit.
