(B) Cells were treated with the F2 for 24 h followed by staining with Hoechst 33342. The cell showing DNA condensation was shown. (C) DNA from cells treated by F2 was separated by 1.8% agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA. This was done at least twice using independently prepared DNA.
