The phylogenetic tree was constructed based on internal transcribed spacer (ITS)1-5.8S-ITS2 sequences using the maximum parsimony method on MEGA ver. 5. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1,000 replicates) is shown next to the branches. The tree is rooted with Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (AB607227) and Blumeria graminis (HM484334).
