Washed platelets (108/mL) were preincubated with or without various concentrations of TSKRG for 3 min in the presence of 2 mM CaCl2 and then stimulated with thrombin (0.5 U/mL) for 5 min at 37℃. The reactions were terminated by adding 80% ice-cold ethanol. cAMP and cGMP contents were measured using enzyme immunoassay kits. Data are expressed as means±SEM (n=4). NS, not significant. *p<0.05.
