Retinal pigmented epithelium (RPE) derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) under xeno-free and traditional growth conditions. (A): Bright-field microscopy demonstrated the characteristic pigmented, hexagonal morphology associated with RPE specification.
