Table 1. Tissue adhesion for skin grafts fixed by BCP MN adhesive and staples.

Staples were applied at each corner of the skin graft with spacing of 1.3~ 1.5 cm and the adhesion strength and the work of adhesion were measured when the skin graft was separated from the underlying muscle tissue. For the flat patch control, a pin mount stub with a diameter of 12 mm was applied to the skin graft on muscle without an adhesive. ± represents standard deviation from the mean (n = 5).
