(A) SAS cells mock-treated or treated with various doses of ANE were cultured in medium supplemented with or without 10% FBS for 6 hours and photographed. (B) Similar to the condition in (A), SAS, OC2 and OCSL with 0.5 mg/ml ANE treatment were observed. (C) SAS cells were treated with 0.3 mg/ml ANE for 12 hours, fixed and stained with DAPI. Nuclei size was evaluated as described in experimental procedures. The average size of nuclei of untreated FBS-supplemented cells was defined as 1.
