Each position in the X axis is a nucleotide along the DH gene and each triplet of rows represent of DH gene. Within each triplet, each row is a DRF. The colors represent the frequency of this position in the DNA samples. Only RFs (i.e. rows) with at least 100 sequences were taking into account (otherwise, the values are zeros).
