MRM runs were performed using an internal standard peptide (ELDALDANDELTPLGR) of ATP-dependent RNA helicase A (DHX9) at a Q1/Q3 transition of 876.4/1095.57 m/z, with which the standard curve was drawn. Triplicate MRM analyses were performed at 8 concentrations of the peptide (0, 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 250, 500 fmol). The curve showed a linearity of R² = 0.9984.
